Summary / Objective:

The QGenda Director of Sales, Credentialing will be a player-coach providing strategic mentorship, coaching, and assisting with the training and knowledge of Credentialing AEs in order to generate pipeline and bookings growth within this strategic segment of the business. The Director is responsible for ensuring the Credentialing team is maintaining high activity standards, ensuring the execution of a strategic market engagement plan, complying with company standards tied to sales process and CRM utilization, effectively engaging dedicated demand generation resources and additional sales resources deemed key to success, and a general adherence to best practices. This Director must have a proven ability to encourage, motivate, and enhance the productivity of AEs through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, and building a highly empowered, constructive and fun sales culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be a skilled sales manager with a passion for the development of others.
  • Motivate, inspire, and provide one-on-one mentorship to your team.
  • Meet weekly with sales leadership to properly align execution to strategy to meet an established quota.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales skills, product knowledge, and market awareness across the team.
  • Stay up to date with healthcare industry knowledge, trends, and market developments.
  • Ensure proper use of Salesforce.com and other technologies in support of sales team.
  • Work with Sales Operations and leadership to ensure appropriate metrics, data analysis, and trending within the segment.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of team’s opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of sales management in the healthcare software industry, preferably with experience in Credentialing or related technology offerings.
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience in healthcare SaaS.
  • Experience with SalesForce.com and other elements of typical sales tech stack.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Process-oriented with a strong sense of accountability to the bookings performance of the team.
  • Strong leadership and a proven track record of delivering results as a manager.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapid change/growth environment.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor at all times.

 

Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required:

  •  Bachelor's degree from an accredited University

 

Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements:

Computer-based work environment.

Sitting and standing for extended periods.

Lifting of 5 - 10 pounds.

Light-to-moderate travel.
