Sales Intern


QGenda is looking for a full-time or part-time intern to assist our sales department! You will gain experience in multiple areas of the business by helping with a number of different projects and tasks. Responsibilities will vary day to day, so you must be flexible and willing to take on new challenges. This is a great way to learn the sales cycle.

Our software is used by thousands of hospital departments around the world to automatically generate the most optimized physician work schedules to accommodate complex business rules and accurately schedule the appropriate medical provider based on their skill level, specialty, availability, and preferences.

Job Duties

  • Complete data entry assignments
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of Salesforce CRM
  • Complete various sales audits
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales teams
  • Learn QGenda sales cycle
  • Any additional projects or tasks that arise


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Independent, highly motivated self-starter
  • Proficient with email, voicemail, & MS Office
  • Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree

Full time or part time available. Paid Hourly. (flexible hours)
