Sales Operations Research Analyst

The QGenda Sales Operations Research Analyst (SORA) will work closely with members of the Sales and Business Development teams to build the pipeline required to achieve the company’s bookings goals, while ensuring consistency with QGenda’s data and CRM platforms.


  • Continually work to research and identify new accounts and contacts to improve target marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to increase lead generation and pipeline objectives by target market.
  • Manage data integrity and cleanliness in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to drive compliance with sales processes.
  • Manage territory alignment and sales team alignments.  
  • Complete regional  RFI/RFP and Security Questionnaires for the sales team.
  • Assist with forecast roll-ups, pipeline, and trending reports.
  • Assist in the creating of various KPI and QBR presentations with guidance from management.
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and provide day to day support to the sales teams.
  • Maintain/update sales reports/dashboards.
  • Other duties as determined by manager

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to deal with a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Understands how business process impacts reporting
  • Process-oriented with a strong sense of accountability to the bookings stream of the company
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
